The Smith Family Partnership was formed when the sole proprietorships of Brian Smith and Randi Hearne merged in May of 1998. The newly formed company began providing the greater Jacksonville, FL area with quality people beginning in 1999 with their female model. Shortly thereafter, The Smith Family Partnership created a male model which was completed in late 2000.
The CEOs of The Smith Family Partnership agreed that the next logical step was to find a permanent location in which they could upgrade their early projects. They first relocated to Honolulu, which they found to be too secluded from various support systems in the mainland of the United States. As a result they relocated to a small town in Texas, followed by Buffalo, NY, followed by a suburb of St. Louis, and finally to Peoria, IL, where they are currently located.
The relocation to Peoria has provided them with the opportunity to embark on a new project: Upgrading their 1999 and 2000 models from adolescent status to adulthood. Upon successful completion of that project, the CEOs of The Smith Family Partnership intend to take a nap.
